We only accept returns in the following cases:

- The item arrived damaged

- You received the wrong item

- The product has a manufacturer defect 

 

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must:

- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

- Provide photos or video showing the issue

- Include your order number and full name

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

- Incorrect sizing (if size chart was provided)

- Delays caused by shipping carriers

We also do not offer exchanges at this time.
